Richel “Rikky” Rivers is a founding partner of Rivers ⧫ McNamara and is board certified in Civil Trial Law, Civil Appellate Law, and Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has been practicing family law for 49 years and handles both contested and uncontested divorces, child custody disputes, modifications of court orders, and pre- and post-marital agreements.
Rikky has extensive experience with cases involving a high degree of conflict, jury trials, high-net worth estates, and high-profile clients, and understands the level of care and discretion these cases require.
