Mary Evelyn McNamara is a founding partner of Rivers ⧫ McNamara, is board certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Her practice focuses on divorces and other family law cases involving complex property and children’s issues, child custody modifications, and enforcement of court orders.
Having experience as a former briefing attorney for the Third Court of Appeals, Mary Evelyn also handles family law appeals. She also has experience as an adjunct professor at The University of Texas School of Law, where she was the supervising attorney of law students in the Domestic Violence Clinic.
